Hi everyone!
Let's start our Global Scholars lesson... are you ready?
We have got different steps that you need to complete them as we are going to work with Global Scholars in our project. Let's go!!
STEP 1. Pre-program survey.
Before we begin the Global Scholars program, we will take a short survey to get to know your interests and experiences. This is not a test. There are no right or wrong answers. Answer what you thing, as honestly as you can. No one at our school will be able to see your answers - not me, the principal, other students, or anyone else.

STEP 2. Welcome to Global Scholars and collaborations and the e-Classroom.
This year, together with classes around the world, you will explore our global food system.
Where exactly does our food come from? How does what we eat impact our health, the health of our cities, and the health of our planet? How can we make nutritious food available to everyone? Welcome to Global Scholars, and congratulations on taking the first step to becoming a citizen of the world!
In the Global Scholars e-Classroom, you will comunicate and share digital projects with your peers in cities around the world and our collaboration group include classes from 8 to 10 cities around the world.
Complete this promise to the Global Scholar's team:
STEP 3. Where in the world? Time Zones Around the World.
Locate the cities in your collaboration on a map. Write down the country and continent where each city in your collaboration is located.
Time Zones Around the World: Many of the cities in our collaboration are in different time zones. There are 24 time zones on the globe, and each one is about one hour different from the one next to it. Because of time zones and differences in school schedules, the classes in your collaboration might be in school at different times. If you don’t get a reply to your post right away, check back in a few days.
And that's all folks! See you next time!! 😎
